OUR STORY
Quality still matters.
Maull & Co was established in 2024 in Lincoln, UK with a simple belief: modern businesses have become too focused on quantity, and that quality has been forgotten.
We set out to do things differently, combining modern solutions with traditional values, to deliver exceptional standards in property, facilities and estate services.
Care for what endures.

OUR STORY
Lincoln Established.
Proudly based in Lincoln, we understand the character, properties and communities of the region. From historic buildings to modern developments, we care for the places that matter to you.
Our Lincolnshire roots shape the way we work: personally, reliably and with respect for the places entrusted to our care. We believe good property and facilities management should preserve what already works, improve what can be better and address problems before they become larger ones.
Attention where others overlook, because the details matter.
OUR APPROACH
Traditional Values, Modern Solutions.
We combine time-honoured principles — pride in our work, accountability and attention to detail — with modern methods and technology to deliver efficient, reliable and lasting results.
We also recognise that progress does not always mean replacing what came before. Some of our clients prefer things done the traditional way, and where appropriate, we are more than happy to oblige. If you have a preferred method, material or approach, simply ask.
Modern where it helps. Traditional where it matters.
